REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy
We strive to provide high-quality digital products and services. Because our products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy.
By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Products and Software Licenses
For digital products, software, plugins, widgets, licenses, downloadable content, and other electronically delivered goods, refunds are only granted in the following cases:

• the product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our side;
• the product is materially defective and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time;
• you were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error;
• a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• you changed your mind after purchase;
• you no longer need the product;
• you purchased the product by mistake but received access or delivery;
• the product is incompatible with third-party systems, software, or environments not explicitly listed as supported;
• you did not fully review the product description, features, or system requirements before purchase;
• the request is based on personal expectations not supported by the product description.

3. Subscription Services
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
If you cancel a subscription, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Custom Services and Development Work
Payments for custom services, implementation, consulting, development, setup, or other personalized work are non-refundable once work has started.
If the project is canceled before any work has begun, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable payment processing or administrative costs.
If the project is canceled after work has started, you will be responsible for payment for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
5. Chargebacks and Payment DisputesIf you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are happy to review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.
Initiating a false or abusive chargeback may result in suspension or termination of access to our products or services.
6. How to Request a RefundTo request a refund, please contact us at support@myrubikon.com and include:

• your full name;
• your order number or invoice number;
• the email address used for the purchase;
• a clear description of the issue;
• any relevant screenshots or evidence, if applicable.

We may request additional information to verify your claim before processing a refund.
7. Refund Review PeriodAll refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
8. Abuse PreventionWe reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we determine that:

• the request is fraudulent;
• the customer has abused the Refund Policy;
• the product or service has been substantially used, downloaded, accessed, or consumed;
• the request violates these terms or applicable law.

9. Consumer RightsNothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.
