Hiding data

The data hiding widget allows you to restrict user access to selected pipeline, fields, sections and stories in Kommo

• Any time a lead is opened in a pipeline, the availability is blocked and the user is given a prohibition warning.
• There is an opportunity to hide selected fields, pipelines, and stripped for certain users.
• When opening a hidden pipeline by detours, a prohibition warning is issued to the user

To work with the widget, you need to install it in the Setting t section

General settings:

After installing the widget, go to the "Settings" section, "Users" subsection. In this section, click on the user for whom you want to hide data.

In the user card that opens, after the standard access rights settings, click the "Set accessibility" button.
After clicking, the settings are revealed:

1. Hiding pipelines and stages - this item allows you to hide the entire pipeline or individual stages of the pipeline from the user.
On the left are the pipeline names (all available in the system), on the right are the stage selectors to hide individually.
To hide an individual stage from the user, select the stage of interest from the selector. To completely hide the pipeline with all stages - click on the switch next to the pipeline name.

2. Hiding fields - this item allows you to hide the lead/contact/company/customer fields from the user.
On the left are the entities, on the right are the field selectors to hide. That is, you can hide the fields that are in:
- Essence "Lead";
- Entities "Contact";
- Entities "Company";
- Entities "Buyer".

To hide a field from the user, select the desired entity field from the selector.

3. Hiding sections - this item allows you to hide account sections from the user.
To hide an account section from the user, select the section of interest from the list.

4. Flexible settings for working with stages - this item allows you to hide from the user the ability to perform certain actions in the selected stages.
On the left is the pipeline selector, in the center is the stage selector, on the right is the action selector.
Available actions to hide:
- Hide leads view
- Prohibit moving leads from this stage
- Prohibit moving leads to this stage
To hide from the user the ability to perform certain actions in selected stages - add a setting using the "+ Add setting" button, select a pipeline in the pipeline selector, select stages in the stage selector, select an action from the action selector.
